Villa Crystal Castle is made for luxury retreats and intimate celebrations, a hidden sanctuary in the heart of traditional Bali, just 10 minutes from Ubud. With seven bedrooms and full staffing, it’s an easy, elevated base for groups who want privacy, beauty, and a sense of calm from the moment they arrive.
At the centre of the experience is the Heart Shala: a 150m² open-air pavilion inspired by the Balinese wantilan, designed for yoga, workshops, ceremonies, and shared meals. It can host 40+ students practising together, or seat 100+ guests for talks and gatherings, with other magical settings across the property for dining and events.
This villa was four years in the making, created as a home and a social enterprise supporting Crystal Castle’s humanitarian projects in Nepal. For larger retreats, additional accommodation can be arranged through trusted local partners, keeping your group close to the sanctuary.
